  • What is the payment structure for home construction?

    Advance payment of 30%. This payment confirms project commencement, secures materials, labour and scheduling. 


    Progressive monthly payments of 10%, 60% in total. This is paid in monthly instalments up to 90% of total contract value.


    The final 10% is payable upon practical completion of the home.

  • What is Practical Completion?

    Practical Completion is achieved when the home is structurally complete and ready for occupancy , subject to minor terms ( if any).

  • What is the cost per square foot of the houses at Mahaica Meadows?

    Standard packages start at $22,500 + VAT GYD per square foot for selected models only. Final price may vary according to the model and upgrades chosen. 

  • Are there additional costs outside of cost for the house?

    Yes. There may be costs associated with obtaining permits and any additional documents, tests, surveys etc which will be paid by the client.
